Questions, answered
What does Free actually include?
The whole daily loop: every job source, match scoring, tailored documents, pipeline tracking and one linked mailbox. It is not a trial and it does not expire.
What happens when I reach the Free limit?
Everything you have keeps working. Tailoring a new job pauses until your allowance resets on the first of the month, or until you upgrade. Re-tailoring a job you already tailored this month never counts twice.
Can I switch plans or billing cycle?
Any time, from Billing. Your current plan stays on until its period ends and you check out for the new one. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves you to Free.
How is a pass different from Pro?
A pass is Pro for 7, 30 or 90 days, paid once. It never renews and there is nothing to cancel: when it ends you are back on Free with everything you made still there. Buying another adds its days to the end of the one you have.
How is payment handled?
By Paystack. Card details go straight to them and never touch our servers. Every charge is recorded as an invoice you can see on Billing.
Who can see my data?
Nobody else using JobFiend AI. Every query is scoped to your account, and your postings, profile and drafts are never shared with another workspace.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
It drafts and scores; you read every word and decide what is sent. Nothing leaves in your name without you.
