Terms of service

What the service does

JobFiend AI finds job openings, scores them against your profile, writes tailored CVs and cover letters, fills in employers' application forms, and tracks replies. You need an account to use it, including the free tools.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to work where you are applying, and the information you give must be yours and true.

What you're responsible for

Everything sent in your name. The app writes from the facts you give it and doesn't invent employers, titles, dates or numbers, but AI can still get things wrong. Review what it writes. If you let it send applications without asking you first, you accept what it sends.

Follow each employer's own rules and the terms of the sites you apply through.

What you may not do

• Apply using someone else's identity, or submit information you know is false.
• Use the service to spam employers, scrape it, overload it, or get around its limits.
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or the systems the service runs on.

Your content

Your CV, answers and the documents written for you are yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through Paystack, monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and it isn't renewed. We'll email you before any price change applies to you.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paystack. Your bank may convert the payment and add its own charge for a foreign payment, which we never see and cannot refund.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We can't promise it will always be available, that every posting is current, or that any application leads to an interview or a job.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed opportunity, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.
